  • Payment for resources

Your purchased resources will download after verification and payment has been received. 

If you changed your mind prior to receiving the resources, you are entitled to a full refund. Please email us admin@insightfuleducation.com.au

If you have already received the resources, then unfortunately no refund will be given.  Please choose the resources carefully, as you will not be refunded if you change your mind. 

We love to receive feedback and if you are not fully happy with your recent purchase, then please notify us immediately at admin@insightfuleducation.com.au

 

  • Payment of invoices for workshops and consultations

An invoice will be sent with the balance due. This balance will be paid by Electronic Funds Transferred to the designated account by the due date on your invoice. 

All workshops and consultations are non-refundable, however under certain circumstances can be postponed. 

For workshops and consultations requiring travel a travel fee will be calculated. Please reach of for a quote based on your services location is Australia. Travel costs may include flights, accommodation and car hire/fuel. 

  • Postponement of Workshops and Consultations

Booked workshops and consultations can be rescheduled at the discretion of the Service and Insightful Learning and Education. 

In the event that a workshop or consultation is postponed by a service, the following may be considered: 

  1. Reschedule the workshop or consultation to a new date. If air flights or accommodation has be arranged and booked prior, then transferred fees may incur. 
  2. If the workshop or consultation is no longer required, then the paid invoice, can be transferred to credit to use within our shop. No refunds will be given for change of mind.
  3. In an event that a presenter is unwell or unable to attend the workshop or consultation, then a new presenter will be arranged. If a new presenter cannot be arranged, then the workshop or consultation can be postponed to a different date, or a full refund can be requested.

Our sister company Childcare Resources Australia (CRA)  is affiliated with Insightful Learning and Education and information such as your email address may be shared with CRA to share with you useful early childhood and education products.

Based on the services you require from us at Insightful Learning and Education we may collect the following information – name, email address, telephone number, company/work address, credit card information. 

Credit card information is not stored by us on our servers. 

  • What do we do with your personal information

The information we collect from you, is how we deliver our services to you. We use this information to engage in communication with you and to inform you of updates and special offers, as well as new and useful early childhood education content.
